Sights on Success College Program

Consistently named among the nation’s 50 best-managed firms as a “Best of the Best” firm, it’s no surprise Doeren Mayhew recruits only the “Best of the Best” students. Taking you from the classroom to our boardroom, Doeren Mayhew’s Sights on Success Program gives you a glance at what your future could hold as an emerging leader with an internationally recognized, top 100 U.S. firm. Participation in this highly selective two day event will give you an opportunity to explore our various service lines, engage in accounting related activities and exercises, and immerse yourself into the Doeren Mayhew culture while having some fun with shareholders, managers and staff along the way.

When It’s Happening

•  June 9-10, 2016: Troy, Michigan
• June 16-17, 2016: Houston, Texas

What Makes You Eligible

• Pursuing a degree in accountancy
• Completion of at least three introductory accounting class (Troy requirement)
• Completion of at least one introductory accounting class (Houston requirement)
• Current cumulative GPA is 3.2 or higher; 3.2 or higher in any accounting courses
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in public accounting
• Demonstrate drive and motivation to succeed
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently
