With the country now in the midst of what is being referred to as a global pandemic, Doeren Mayhew would like to share information on how we are taking precautions regarding COVID-19.

Firm Monitoring

Doeren Mayhew continues to monitor the outbreak closely, and the health and well-being of our team members, clients and their families are of the utmost importance to us. Please be aware there are no reported cases of Doeren Mayhew team members or their families being infected with the virus to date. However, the firm continues to be proactive in communicating with team members about common-sense hygiene practices to limit the spread of germs, and asking anyone who is not feeling well to work from home.

Travel Restrictions

To help ensure the health and safety of our employees and clients, the firm has implemented restrictions on international and non-essential domestic air travel until further notice.

In addition, team members have been advised to consult with clients to assess their comfort level or any specific guidelines related to on-site visits. We will tailor our approach to meet your specific needs, and adjust and communicate with you as circumstances change. Any engagements requiring air travel will be closely reviewed by engagement leaders to determine the best course of action to service you.

Meeting Client Needs

Should an outbreak result in office closures in any of our regions, rest assured that we have a business continuity plan in place enabling us to provide you with uninterrupted service. Over the years, the firm has invested substantially in its technology to foster a secure, remote-working environment. Our staff is equipped with the tools to allow all team members to work remotely, while continuing to be responsive to your personal and business needs throughout any potential office closure or quarantine.

We will continue to keep up with the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, and state and local governments on this matter to navigate any uncertainty. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your engagement leader.

We are here to help support you and your business during this challenging time. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our advisors.
