Clifton Teague brings more than 25 years’ experience to his role as Shareholder in Doeren Mayhew’s Tax Group. Specializing in working with U.S. companies expanding abroad, Clifton’s expertise includes:
Negotiations for tax reduction agreements
Development of tax efficient structures
Creation of foreign subsidiaries
Management of domestic and foreign tax authority examinations
Financial reporting associated with corporate taxation
Tax consulting on stock compensation and golden parachutes
Clifton leverages this experience to work across disciplines and coordinate tax objectives with financial accounting, information technology, legal and operations.
Prior to joining Doeren Mayhew, Clifton worked as a partner in the Big 4 and provided independent consultation to various multi-national companies.
