Earl Hersh is a Business Development Director at Doeren Mayhew, where he brings more than 20 years’ experience in business development and strategy.
In his role, Earl is responsible for developing and leading sales initiatives for Doeren Mayhew by acquiring key accounts, executing contract negotiations, providing sales strategies and leveraging the firm’s service offerings to help middle-market businesses meet and exceed its overall business goals, including in tax, audit, cybersecurity, international and more.
Having worked in emerging companies, law and middle-market CPA firms, Earl leverages a deep network of trusted advisors and an astute knowledge of private companies in the Texas Gulf Coast.
Prior to joining the firm, Earl thrived on leading sales initiatives at Gainer Donnelly & Desroches CPAs and worked in a variety of industries, such as OEM Software Sales at Sybase and as a staff CPA at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
