Jay Russ is the Business Development Director at Doeren Mayhew, where he brings more than 15 years’ experience in business development, finance and relationship management.
In his role, Jay is responsible for developing and fostering sales initiatives for Doeren Mayhew by acquiring key accounts, executing contract negotiations, providing sales strategies. Collaborating with the firm’s professionals, Jay coordinates audit, tax, valuation, merger and acquisition, insurance, cybersecurity and other business advisory services to help middle-market businesses meet and achieve their overall business goals.
Prior to joining the firm, Jay spent more than 11 years in the banking industry assisting privately held businesses obtain financing.
