Mike Czarnota is a Principal at Doeren Mayhew with more than 25 years of experience working alongside large public and private companies to deliver a wide range of tax services.

Specializing in ASC 740, Mike works with clients in various industries, including financial institutions, construction, manufacturing and professional services. Clients rely on Mike’s expertise to develop tax planning and structuring strategies to help minimize tax liabilities, optimize cash flow, and ensure compliance with federal and multi-state regulators.

Prior to joining Doeren Mayhew, Mike held multiple executive tax leadership positions at large private and public companies.
