Michigan CPA firm Doeren Mayhew is taking a new approach to giving back to the community this year in its Troy, Mich. office. The firm will be honing in on helping make a difference in our communities’ futures – the youth. All volunteering of their Michigan CPAs and donation efforts for the year will revolve around the four main elements shaping our youth’s day-to-day lives, including health, social, education and family.
Although this year’s line-up is still in the works, the firm has lined up some events with organizations such as:
Kicking off this year’s events will be a book drive the Michigan CPA firm will host, in honor of National Reading Awareness Month, spanning the entire month of March. New and gently used books donated will go to local children’s literacy advocate Beyond Basics.
