TROY, MICH. – May 18, 2021 – Doeren Mayhew, a multi-regional CPA and business advisory firm, is pleased to announce Jason LeRoy, CVA, ASA, CFE, litigation and valuation shareholder, has been elected as a member of the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts’ (NACVA) Standards Board.
NACVA is a global, professional association that delivers training from the nation’s leading experts in consulting fields, including business valuation, financial litigation forensics, expert witnessing, forensic accounting, mergers and acquisitions, and risk fraud management.
In his role, LeRoy will collaborate with other board members to provide interpretations and clarification of the principle-based standards governing business valuations nationwide. An active member of NACVA since 2004, LeRoy will start his three-year appointment in June 2021.

LeRoy joined Doeren Mayhew in 2012, bringing more than 10 years of litigation, business valuation and fraud-related experience to his role. He holds various designations in the field including Certified Valuation Analyst, Accredited Senior Appraiser and Certified Fraud Examiner.
