Professional Experience

Adam Huss is a Principal at Doeren Mayhew.

A member of the firm’s Accounting, Audit and Assurance Group, clients rely on him to verify and offer guidance that sound accounting practices are being used through a variety of risk-based assurance services.

Since joining the firm in 2014, Adam has worked closely with construction, manufacturing, service and retail clients to oversee their assurance engagements, prepare their financial statements, and provide business advisory services.

Over his past 10 years in public accounting, he has worked with contractors of all sizes and specialties, from general contractors focusing on heavy and civil engineering projects, to specialty contractors focusing on specific trades such as concrete, electrical, and plumbing to name a few.

In 2018, Adam was appointed a member of Doeren Mayhew’s Construction Committee due to his expertise in performing financial statement audits for the firm’s top construction clients. The committee meets regularly to discuss upcoming accounting pronouncements, industry best practices and more to ensure they are providing clients with relevant updates to the industry.
