Carol Szwed is a Shareholder at Doeren Mayhew with over 20 years of public accounting experience. Clients rely on Carol’s long-term expertise and skill set to provide a wide-range of tax services and planning business strategies. Whether she is researching current tax issues to ensure clients are in compliance with changes in regulations, or overseeing staff as they successfully review and prepare tax returns, clients can find confidence in knowing their specific tax needs are met.

Prior to joining the firm, Carol worked as a Controller/Senior Management Team Member at a service provider company, where she managed a variety of accounting functions, including company and departmental budgeting, preparation of year-end corporate and individual income tax projections, human resources and more.
