Elizabeth Potocki is a Shareholder within Doeren Mayhew’s Tax Group and brings nearly 20 years of experience assisting clients in the construction, manufacturing, real estate, small business, and food and agribusiness industries. She has specialized knowledge in state and local tax, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Her areas of expertise include state income and franchise tax, property tax, sales and use tax, and payroll tax.
She supports clients by identifying how business decisions impact their state and local tax filings. As an advisor, she aims to mitigate risks, improve compliance, maintain margins, and provide clients with a thorough analysis of the costs and benefits of their decisions.
Elizabeth recently joined Doeren Mayhew as part of a recent merger announced in January 2022. Additionally, she currently serves as an adjunct professor at Grand Valley State University.
