Professional Experience

Michigan tax advisor, George Grzywacz, is a Shareholder in Doeren Mayhew’s Tax Group with more than 25 years of public and private accounting experience.

George assists the firm’s clients with maintaining state and federal tax compliance, performing tax incentive and deferment projects, and completing tax research to address complexities. Furthermore, his expertise in completing structural and transactional tax analysis is often called upon during clients’ merger and acquisition processes.
Leveraging his additional experience as a Chief Financial Officer and Tax Attorney, George is able to bring a unique perspective to each engagement benefiting clients.
