His areas of specialty include financial reporting and analysis, cash-flow analysis and rational assessments.
Howard has a wide range of knowledge and expertise in obtaining tax credits for multi-family housing entities and preparing their audited financial statements according to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA), and United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Rural Development regulations and governmental auditing standards.
