Jim Miesowicz is a Director/Shareholder of Doeren Mayhew and operates in the firm’s international practice, Moore Stephens Doeren Mayhew.
Prior to joining the firm in 2007, he worked for a tier-one automotive supplier in its tax department. While in the automotive industry, Jim was responsible for financial reporting for tax provisions, creating projections of financial impact of future tax law changes and managing tax cash.
With over 20 years of experience in public accounting, he has gained significant experience in helping foreign-owned U.S. entities with a variety of inbound international issues and working with foreign nationals. Jim offers assistance with structuring international business operations and investments. He provides guidance with international inbound and outbound transactions, as well as assisting domestic companies with establishing operations outside the United States.
Jim’s experience ranges from small to mid-size businesses, with a specialized focus on manufacturing and insurance companies.
