Professional Experience

Jason LeRoy is a Shareholder in the Valuation and Litigation Support Group at Doeren Mayhew. For more than 15 years, he has garnered business valuation experience on both litigation and non-litigation engagements. With Jason’s guidance, clients can understand the true value of their business and make decisions that are more informed, logical and strategic.

In addition to his valuation experience, Jason’s litigation, accounting and forensic skills have allowed him to develop appropriate analysis of data for various engagements. He works alongside manufacturers, contractors, auto dealers, retailers, wholesalers, realtors, financial institutions, health care and energy professionals to provide well-supported, evidence-based solutions that are essential to building credible cases for clients. Analyzing financial evidence, he is able to better identify, present and support findings on a variety of litigation matters, including lost profits, mergers and acquisitions, damage calculations, family law, fraud and forensics, shareholder disputes and business interruption.

Using technical applications, Jason is able to design large transactional databases for commercial litigation engagements enabling him to uncover financial evidence significant to the clients’ needs.
