Houston CPA Jennifer Mailhes is a Shareholder at Doeren Mayhew. With more than 20 years’ experience in public accounting, Jennifer guides business owners and their management teams in areas such as strategic growth, accounting analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and more.
Early in her career, Jennifer gained a comprehensive background that included tax planning and management advisory, making her uniquely qualified to guide a client’s entire service experience at Doeren Mayhew. Providing audit and tax services for closely held businesses as a manager at Kiefer Bonfanti & Co. in St. Louis, Jennifer discovered that her true passion was not compliance, but helping clients achieve their goals.
Moving into a business advisory role has allowed Jennifer to focus on helping clients turn financial data into management tools and achieve their growth goals. Now also leading the firm’s exit planning and due diligence service offerings in Houston, she works closely with the firm’s investment bank to help clients reach the ultimate goal of transitioning out of their businesses successfully.
Working hands-on with hundreds of mid-sized business clients across various industries, Jennifer is known for sharing practical, relevant ideas to move businesses toward their goals. In addition to her management role, she also helps lead the firm’s Manufacturing Group in Houston.
