At the helm of the Grand Rapids office, Josh leads its strategic vision to align operations with the evolving needs of the firm’s West Michigan clients.

Prior to becoming a Managing Shareholder, Josh put his more than 20 years of experience to work leading the firm’s outsourcing practice. Here he was successful in expanding the firm’s offerings to include non- traditional services aimed at helping clients transform their back-office operations through payroll, outsourced accounting, third-party 401(k) plan administration and recruitment solutions. With a strong background in software, Josh also offers clients unparalleled insight on ways to drive operational efficiency through technology. His software expertise resides in payroll, human capital management and accounting ERP systems.

Passionate about connecting people with solutions, Josh works with the Grand Rapids’ team to ensure efforts are focused on helping clients grow their business, gain financial and operational insights, and realize their goals.
