Michigan Tax Advisor, Stephen McCaghy is a Shareholder at Doeren Mayhew with more than 20 years of public accounting experience.

Since joining the firm’s Tax Group in 1996, Stephen has assisted closely held corporations and partnerships, as well as high net-worth individuals meet all their tax planning and compliance needs. Throughout his career, he has developed strategies for tax savings, conducted research to find reduced tax liability opportunities, ensured tax compliance requirements are met; and guided clients through the tax implications of mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations and liquidations.

With a special focus on assisting complex multistate and international businesses, Stephen’s niche markets include manufacturers, construction companies and service provider organizations.
