She is proficient in assembling the information necessary to build a strong case in matters of fraud, forensics, lost profits and business interruption. Theresa is well-versed in attending and negotiating at mediation, and provides eloquently written reports both for valuation purposes, as well as under Federal Rule 26.

As a collaborative divorce financial specialist, she supports the collaborative process and is dedicated to assisting both parties in evaluating their entire financial situation. She provides analyses related to business valuation, income available for support, the parties’ marital estate, as well as an understanding of potential tax consequences of different divisions of assets and options for settlement.
