Professional Experience

Vincent Bechard is a Shareholder at Doeren Mayhew with more than 10 years’ experience, including private industry. Since beginning his career with the firm, he has focused on providing tax planning and compliance strategies to the firm’s real estate, construction, manufacturing and auto dealer clients.

Leveraging his experience, Vince plays a vital role in helping clients manage their business with proactive federal, state and local tax planning. Working with them throughout the year, he delivers accurate estimates for quarterly tax payments, year-end projections to mitigate unforeseen tax exposure and timely returns for filing. Additionally, he oversees all of the firm’s personal property tax returns and is often called upon to represent clients in Internal Revenue Service audits.

Prior to joining the firm, Vince worked as a member of Ernst & Young’s Diversified Staff Group, where he provided tax planning and compliance services to clients in a wide range of industries. In addition, his position exposed him to several tax service lines enabling him to gain experience in individual and domestic tax compliance, tax provisions and much more.
