Vivian Peng is a Principal in Doeren Mayhew’s Tax Group, where she brings nearly 20 years’ experience in public accounting.

In her role, Vivian focuses on providing tax advisory services to her clients by working with them to conduct an in-depth tax analysis to reduce their tax exposure and offer proactive tax solutions. She primarily works with real estate clients, institutional investors and high-net-worth individuals, helping them navigate the complexities of their tax obligations.

Additionally, she has served as a trusted advisor to investors in foreign corporations and partnerships, offering valuable insights on subpart-F income analysis and managing their international tax compliance needs.

Prior to joining Doeren Mayhew, Vivian excelled in the accounting industry, including the Big 4, helping businesses with liquidation planning and tax due diligence, and enhancing their overall success and finances.
