Working with clients in the construction, retail, consumer goods and manufacturing industries, Adam identifies financial risks through quality auditing to provide strategic direction for growth. A problem solver at heart, Adam has a passion for helping clients develop sound processes to quickly convert financial data into actionable information. Furthermore, he is often relied on to drive operational efficiencies through insightful work- in-progress schedule accounting, inventory costing and overhead allocation projects. As a member of the firm’s Construction Committee, he leads engagements for many of the firm’s construction clients, regularly collaborating with contractors of all sizes, ranging from large-scale general contractors focused on heavy civil engineering projects, to niche specialists in trades.
