Chris brings more than 25 years of public accounting experience to his role in leading Doeren Mayhew’s Houston office, as well as assisting clients with their financial reporting, assurance and business advisory needs.

Chris began his career as an auditor at Doeren Mayhew and later transitioned to an entrepreneurial advisory role, where he discovered his true passion – working with leadership teams to identify financial opportunities that could help meet and build upon their success. Leveraging his audit background, Chris has also developed strong advisory expertise to guide clients in areas such as estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, financial due diligence, restructuring initiatives and more.

Chris’ entrepreneurial mindset is not only an asset to his clients, but also to the firm. His exceptional leadership skills is what has driven the year-over- year growth for the Houston office and also why he was recognized as a 2022 Most Admired CEO nominee by the Houston Business Journal.
