Danielle has been in the public accounting industry for nearly 15 years, primarily providing audit and assurance insights to clients in the nonprofit and construction industries.

Her professional background includes providing financial statement audits, reviews and compilations designed to provide clients with a full financial picture of their organizations. She is also heavily relied on by the firm’s clients for her extensive experience in performing Federal Award (Single) audits in conformity with complex requirements of Uniform Guidance. Early in her career, Danielle became interested in serving businesses in the construction sector to work through the complexity of estimating in relation to work-in-progress schedules, while also seeing the physical evidence of her client’s work come to fruition across the greater Grand Rapids area. Today, she also has a strong passion for helping nonprofits deliver on their missions. As a member of various local boards, and a treasurer for a local nonprofit organization, Danielle can bring a unique perspective of both internal and external nonprofit accounting issues to her client’s nonprofit engagements.

Danielle prides herself on building strong relationships with clients, helping them deploy best practices needed to traverse the financial and operational challenges standing in the way of achieving their mission and business objectives.
