Joe brings over 15 years of experience to his role leading the firm’s Transaction Advisory Group, where he focuses on helping businesses in the middle-market sector gain financial, tax and operational clarity in a transaction. Joe specializes in buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence and mergers and acquisitions.
Joe’s true passion is helping both buyers and sellers achieve their goals, while contributing to a smooth and successful transaction. He strives to be efficient and effective in tight time frames while focusing on the important areas and risk mitigation throughout the transaction process. Applying his early career Big 4 experience and technical acumen to the due diligence process, Joe prides himself in his ability to make sense out of complex financial data and presenting it in an understandable manner.
Committed to helping clients through the entire process, Joe also works hand-and-hand with them from before the letter of intent, through negotiations to post-close integration. As a result, clients often select to work with Joe and his team on post-acquisition audit and tax work.
