With nearly 30 years in public accounting, including Big 4 experience, Lynn works closely with her clients to deliver sound assurance and advisory services, with a specialization in credit unions and employee benefit plans.

Due to her deep understanding of auditing and industry standards, clients find confidence in her ability to lead their financial statement audit, internal audit, compliance, pension and 401(k) audits, as well as other agreed-upon procedure engagements. She follows the progress of each engagement closely, resolving accounting and auditing problems as they arise and providing valuable insights to Supervisory Committee, management and Board of Directors to protect clients and their stakeholders.

Prior to her role at Doeren Mayhew, Lynn was a partner at Nearman, Maynard, Vallez, CPAs before merging into Doeren Mayhew in 2024. This experience combined with having served in a management capacity for several large companies in various industries allows Lynn to bring a holistic perspective to each of her engagements. She is able to help them unravel the complexities of their reporting requirements while, putting them on a path towards financial and plan risk resilience.
