Bringing more than 20 years of private and public accounting experience, Tim provides finance and accounting solutions to help middle market businesses streamline finance operations and grow strategically.

Throughout his career, Tim has held Chief Financial Officer and Controller roles where he successfully led the finance function of many companies spanning a diverse sector of industries. His professional background includes financial planning analysis, financial reporting in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, public offering filings, cash-flow forecasting, month-end close processes, implementing actual versus budget/forecast reviews, building and leading finance teams, and accounting/ERP system implementation.

Tim has also developed a strong background in performing acquisition related due diligence, including working capital analysis, cash-flow assessments and quality of earnings. Adding to this experience, he has quarterbacked marketing businesses for sale on the finance side, performing target identification, negotiating deal terms, and performing pre- and post-acquisition implementation for both privately held companies and private equity portfolios to optimize transactional outcomes.
