Cody Bos, CPA, MSA, is a member of the firm’s Audit & Assurance Group with more than 10 years’ experience in public accounting for privately held companies, primarily in the manufacturing and distribution industries. Leveraging his background, Cody delivers the highest quality of audit and assurance services in areas such as inventory analysis, consolidations/business combinations, proactive consulting and more. 

Alex DeRoche, CPA, works in the Audit & Assurance Group, where clients rely on him to provide audit, assurance, acquisition accounting and consulting services to meet their financial reporting and business objectives. With a strong 15-year background in public accounting, Alex serves as a trusted advisor to middle market companies in the health care, manufacturing and technology sectors. 

John Hock, CPA, CISA, CITP, CISM, brings a decade of experience to his leadership role within the firm’s Cybersecurity & IT Advisory Group, with a focus on serving the technology and financial institutions sectors. Specializing in comprehensive IT, cybersecurity and SOC compliance, John brings a unique approach when advising his clients, helping translate complex concepts into actionable insights to mitigate risks.

Andrew Kasischke, CPA, leverages nearly 15 years’ experience in his role  as a member of the firm’s Audit & Assurance Group to serve as a trusted advisor in providing a range of financial reporting, audit, assurance and advisory services primarily to the manufacturers, construction companies and professional service providers. With a strong technical proficiency, Andy is also actively involved in the firm’s engagement quality control review process, ensuring all engagements are held to the highest standards of quality and accuracy. 

David Milkes, CPA, CFA, is a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Group, where he specializes in delivering merger, acquisition and strategic advisory services to credit unions, credit union service organizations, community banks and related companies.
