Chris Masters Recognized as a Most Admired CEO Honoree by Houston Business Journal
Chris Masters, 2022 Most Admired Houston CEO Honoree Houston Managing Shareholder Chris Masters has been recognized as one of 45 honorees in the Most Admired CEO Awards hosted by the Houston Business Journal. The publication’s 2022 honorees were selected by a panel of judges who evaluated a CEO’s impact on their organization’s financial success, work culture and contributions to the community. “It’s an honor to be recognized among such an esteemed group of local business leaders. As the managing shareholder of our Houston office, I’m very proud of what we as a team have accomplished to date and the culture and environment we have developed. I look forward to seeing what the future holds,” said Masters. Masters began his career with Doeren Mayhew more than 20 years ago and stepped into the role of Houston Managing Shareholder in 2016. Under his leadership, Doeren Mayhew’s Houston office has acquired four local accounting firms, undergone a new workspace buildout and relocation, and experienced growth rates of nearly 35% in staff and nearly 25% in revenues. He is a graduate of Michigan State University and a certified public accountant. The honorees will be recognized in a special section of an upcoming Houston Business Journal publication as well as at an awards luncheon.
